Number of teens driving while talking on their phone has doubled since 2010

With the NHTSA reporting that at any moment in time, 660,000 people are driving while talking on their cellphone, you can see what a problem this has been for regulators despite high profile campaigns by carriers like AT&T; despite new laws in many states, since 2010 the number of young people observed to be driving while using a device has doubled to 2 in 5...

Perhaps they should make the fines/punishment similar to DUI. Some are going to do it anyway, but if they get caught or kill someone, make them pay for it.
