Nova Launcher for ICS hits Android Market
Nova Launcher is officially out of beta and on the Android Market, and it’s - hands down - one of the best Ice Cream Sandwich launchers.

Nova Launcher is packed with features and serves some neat visual effects. It also comes in two versions - a completely free one for savvy buyers, and a $4 paid one for those who want the most out of a launcher.

The free one comes with a custom homescreen grid, scrollable dock, 3D-like effects on scrolling and custom icons for folders and apps.

The paid version dubbed Nova Launcher Prime builds on top of that adding support for gestures, dock swiping and allows you to hide apps in drawers.

Yes, Go launcher any time of the day. I agree with SleepingOz. Go launcher offers all this and more, completely free too

I using it right now and I love it! Definitely faster than other launchers.

There are only 3 "ICS" launchers so it's not really hard to be "one of the best". It's good, yes, but I think the latest version of Apex is now better, and it's still free.
