North Korea = servant
China = master
Do you really think an impoverished country like N Korea can make atom bombs and launch satellites?
China help N Korea make those toys so Bejing can play the role of "constructive middle man" to "persuade" N Korea to drop same those dangerous programs.
Any doubt about results?
