Nokia teases 'something new' announced on Wednesday

Nokia's official Conversations blog just issued the following cryptic message: "On Wednesday morning at 7am GMT we will be announcing something new, followed by a Q&A session with Neil Broadley from our Mobile Phones team and a special guest."

Well, at least we can fathom the Mobile Phones department is involved, and there is the even more cryptic picture teaser you can see above, so what do you think is in store from Nokia come early Wednesday?

Definitely looks like a QWERTY in the teaser. I just hope that they announce the Lumia 928 alongside whatever they are teasing in this picture.

Yes, it will be those lumia-esque Asha phones that leaked twice.http://nokiagadgets.com/2013/04/01/more-leaks-of-the-new-asha-phones/

Don't expect an Eseries from Nokia!

Gone are them days, that E71E72 E900 E66 E55™

Asha series: cheap low-end scrap useless series!

™FAIL™

Bring back the E series™

The button does indicate a keyboard layout, but again, the overall picture looks odd. The black area doesn't seem to agree with the orientation of the keypads if indeed it's a Qwerty phone.
Confusing picture that is.

Im actually expecting microsoft to add physical key support in GDR3 (alongside other features like 1080p support) so that qwerty windows phones can be made possible. Or the phone may just be another asha phone. I might sound like expecting too much, but i do wish more choices are made available for windows phone users.

No need to wait. It's the Lumia 928 for Verizon.

Wake me when Google I/O is here.

it's not a 928 alone, as the picture indicates some sort of qwerty!

and besides, rest peacefully! With that kind of attitude, perhaps no one would ever want to wake you up!

I think it may be a W8 tablet with its wireless keyboard, if not that then probably a new Asha and a New WP8 phone.

the key in pic looks like pop-up editor from good old Nokia E series. I really wish Nokia comes up with an E series kind of WP phone
