Nokia has sent out invitations to the media to attend a January 9th event at the CES in Las Vegas, most likely to announce the launch of the Nokia Lumia models in the United States; the invitation played off the Metro UI Tile theme used by Microsoft's mobile OS...

Nokia really needs to be getting a lumia 800/900 on Verizon, not At&t. They have enough windows phones and won't make much of a splash there.
