Me too, I am waiting for the knockout design that I know Nokia is capable of. These Lumias are just the very tip of the iceberg. Nokia is going to release their masterpiece phone of beauty, real world ergonomics & performance.

Go Nokia!

the design is great ,but i want Nokia that has the design of n9 but the speed of Samsung galaxy s3 and the camera of 808 purview, that would be the perfect Nokia phone, and the OS would be Symbian, but that is unlikely to happen.

Nokia need to bring the magic of Nokia 3310 Era, where it really felt revolutionary. I hope we'll see something amazing in next windows phone 8 aside from pureview and maps.

Depends on how successful the next crop of designs are. I think Pureview is the next wave of designs, and 900 style devices will be also a main thrust. But, so long as those initial WP 8's are profitable, you will see a ton of risk taking and unique designs from Nokia. The one thing you have to give Nokia under Elop, love him or despise him, is they are not afraid of thinking outside the box and are willing to take chances.

Really hope most of the high end Nokia phones will be fitted with pureview. I really disagee that nokia abandoned Meego and Symbian OS and Asha (S40) soon. These make me very dissapointing with Nokia. Meego is the latest OS that ever known for me which i think it is the good os for the market. Symbian is one of the oldest OS in the world and Nokia just abandoned it just like that? I think Nokia has make a great mistake of abandoning Symbian OS. Symbian OS seem pretty good on the Nokia 808 With Symbian Belle Service Pack One. That is what something similar to android. What can we do with all this? Nokia has been disappointing me and most of the Nokia fans.

agree with you! if they will abandon S40, they should replace it with symbian not windows phone! symbian is still the best platform out there! android is laggy on a 1 core processor but symbian isnt!

i really hate why they abandon MeeGo and symbian... at least meego has its new home now (JOLLA) elop is just a MS dog!!! symbian still has its fans!! please nokia WAKE UP! run symbian on low end instead of the new s40 and back up meego(if ever) on the lumia line!

see nokia... even Lumia 800 and 900 looks like the N9, but your employees like the meego on N9 than wp on lumia!!!

meego looks elegant with its icons and swipe UI! but only problem is apps but then again.. it will just grow since it its well accepted!!!

im betting on jolla for meego now!!

Nokia n9 The Last Mohican! Eve. The designers of the Meego agree that the N9 was an inspiration to them. It only means that it is really a good phone. Simplicity sets it apart from the rest.

I'm waiting for Jolla now not to Nokia anymore cause I don't like WP! If Meego, Symbian, Meltemi will be supported by Nokia i'll go back to them if not no thank you!
