Nokia RM-230 is the code name of the new multimedia phone of Nokia with support of quad-band GSM and tri-band 3G UMTS network. The phone has rotating bottom part with two keyboards – standard and multimedia controller

If you read the FCC documents, they clearly state that it's got 5-bands; Quad-GSM and "WCDMA Band I" http://symbianguru.typepad.com
