Nice Nokia beating everybody else when it comes to customer satisfaction.

I would agree with you, but what he meant was that Nokia leads the way when it comes to customer satisfaction. Longing for an Android-based Nokia phone does not make you a customer.

"customer satisfaction" I am not satisfied with windows phones because the OS is worse than IOS, if they would make a lumia 920 running 4.2.1 they would be rich and satisfying a majority of the smartphone market.

You should probably stop wishing that

2 things i bet you don't even have a windows phone

second the OS is purely MS's responsibility

Elop would be so rich if he made that move that he'd buy a hotel in space!

While Nokia is usually only recognized for producing quality mobile hardware, they also have some great online services that contribute to the value of their devices. It's hard to believe the company almost went broke! However, things have changed, and they will certainly contribute a lot to the success of WP8...

One of the best programs by Nokia will be made better. Two of the main issues with were limited skips and no use on my tv and they are being corrected with plus

I don't know of another legit free service that offers no ads and lets you download multiple playlists for offline use. Do you?

10. Bernoulli posted on 27 Jan 2013, 16:24 3

Yeah, on gtunes you can download any song, tubemate any music video, just to name a few, and yes since they're downloaded you can play them offline

And perhaps these are not legal or bought.. Nokia Music is cached so no piracy.

Another very good value-added service for Nokia users.
In terms of PC interoperability, nothing beats Nokia PC Suite. It's like the Blackberry Playbook for the PC. You can use almost all phone features in the PC app.

Recent surveys about customer satisfaction tells us that Apple is leading and followed by HTC, Samsung and others.. Not Nokia. Offering a free Music service doesnt make a consumer satisfied.

Pretty neat feature. I wonder how much music it has? If its extremely limited, I wouldnt like it very much.
