Definitely a fake. The font isn't even correct. Nokia has used the same one on all their camera phones. The camera lens itself looks way too small as well, and of course all the things you guys mentioned.

This phone is freaking fake!!! the camera looks pretty small even if it is 12 mp or 1 mp(whatever!) and Nokia's putting a double LED flash for most of the phones which have cameras above 3 mp...... BTW There is no match with this font and the actual nokia font.... Therefore this is no NOKIA but a piece of CRAP!!

Guys, just enlarge the thumbnail and observe the word "Nokia" closely. The rectangular pattern of the back panel is see-through on every letter of "N-O-K-I-A". What's that? A transparent Nokia logo? Oh come on! It's obvious that it was just added there (READ: FAKED) using an Image Editor like Adobe Photoshop. What's even more interesting is that, the way the word "megapixels" was written seems more like a Samsung to me because this is usually Samsung's approach in writing the "megapixel" label. And also, if this is a Nokia cameraphone, then I wonder why they didn't specify some bare camera numbers in detail like the F and Aperture Numbers and also, the focal length - which is the usual Nokia approach in their cameraphones. All in all, there's no reason to believe that this is a Nokia, regardless of the source stating that the flickr account owner is a member of the Nokia Maemo team.
