I don't understand Nokia marketing. Its already going to be tough sell any more WP phones this summer because of the WP8 anticipation. Then they tell people there are some phones coming in the Fall but the good stuff won't be out until the Spring.

As a consumer understand that if you play the waiting game you'll always be waiting for the next best thing. But this guy is trying to sell phones NOW. His company is on the verge of a RIM like catastrophy! Don't tell people to wait until Spring.

Well the reason why Verizon has been holding of on Windows Phones is because they want them to have LTE. Verizon doesn't want to sell 3G phones.

Well at least Verizon said that they'll support WP8 phones and the fact that they'll have 4G LTE, Verizon should further jump on the bandwagon. Sprint needs to hurry up and support WP8 instead of supporting Firefox OS. :-S

His definition of 'very soon' is far different than mine. At the absolute earliest it coincides with windows 8 launch which is three months away and to be honest that's a long shot. I expect Novemberish and to someone with ADHD that's a long ass time away!

I hope Nokia will put as much money into VZW marketing as they did with AT&T. Nokia hasn't had much of a presence at VZW, aside from a few rebadged Pantech phones. So althought there are a few loyalist waiting for Nokia and Windows 8 on VZW, if they don't put the money into marketing I'm not sure it will do well.

Nokia better treat every carrier equally and not just sugarcoat Verizon and Sprint to get in their network. Yeah carriers choose their phones but oems negotiate. So all major US carrier better get top of the line wp8 with pureview or no Nokia ever for me. Same with HTC and Samsung. Absolutely NO carrier favoritism! Otherwise here I come GS3 or GS Note.

I'm waiting on a Lumia 900'ish phone to hit Verizon running Windows...but probably won't happen anytime soon
