Nokia and Aston Martin introduce special edition of the Nokia 8800

Nokia and Aston Martin have worked together to create Aston Martin edition of the Nokia's high-end slider phone – 8800. The stainless steel device, which will be available in limited numbers, features a discreet laser-etched 'Aston Martin' winged logo on its casing and comes together with a unique charging station with the words 'Power, Beauty & Soul” etched on it, in a packaging bearing the Aston Martin wings. Besides the specially composed by Ryuichi Sakamoto ringtones and alerts, the handsets is pre-loaded with Aston Martin short documentary film; wallpapers, featuring the company's current range, screensavers as well as ringtones, including the roar of the 380 horsepower Vantage V8 engine. The main features of the tri-band GSM phone are:

• GPRS/EDGE high-speed data
• MP3/AAC player

Nokia 8800 Aston Martin Edition is available for the breath-taking price of ₤800 without VAT, which is about $1400.
