Will you never learn from other manufacturers? The Lumia 800 does not have any power problems. It is because they are charging the phone in an upright position. If they charge it while keeping it face-down then there is no problem. And you will get exceptional battery life if you do cart-wheels and somersaults while using the phone. :P

Actually, the better thing to do is deny there is a problem with battery life. The only problem with that approach is what do you do when the battery runs out of juice?

Single core CPU, low res display, and they still can't get reasonable battery life?

Nokia that's how you handle an issue! Man up and provide a fix and/or provide a replacement! Way to go! No need to lie to your customers or provide evasive answers.
