Nokia's website has come out with details on the Nokia N97 3G support in the U.S. Moreover, Nokia´s USA site has recently placed a preorder banner…

High end Nokia phones are always full price because they are unlocked and not carrier branded. And if it was Carrier branded, then the contract would make it more affordable.
