Yesterday, we heard a rumor that the Nokia Lumia 925 for T-Mobile could be released in about two to three weeks or so, and it looks like that rumor was accurate. A new leaked document is showing that the device will officially launch along with the Sony Xperia Z on T-Mobile on July 17th...

I thought the same thing about the 925. Both should have been out already.

Well I did want the 925, but on the 11th I get to see the EOS so I might as well wait.

Lucky I work late that day so I can't go to the event. I might sell my Lumia 920 to get the EOS.

Lol live stream that is. If I got an EOS it would have to be unlocked and idk if in want to pay That kind of money. Maybe a used 920 since those will get amber update and be close to par with 925

Honami, why would I get a Z now? Hmmm I'm wonder if the EOS is coming to Verizon?

Regarding the Xperia Z price, I'm hoping it's $100 USD down payment with $20/month for 24 mos.
that is 100+480=580, which is about the same price for the unlocked C6602 and C6603 models for online retail.
However, if the rumors of the upgraded Z with Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 CPU is true, I'd hope it would be on this T-Mobile model. Then I wouldn't mind paying more than 100.
unlikely that the T-mobile exclusive Z is the i1 Honami? I can hope....
Doing this, it would also justify why Sony would release it on T-Mobile carrier now when the unlocked phones have been on the market for 5 months already...

Dear Nokia/T-Mobile, I'm having a hard time buying the one high-end Nokia phone T-Mobile gets after such a big and long awaited announcement as the EOS and paying over $100 more than the 920 for a phone with half the storage. I really need to slap someone or get a valid explanation as to why these decisions were made.

Valid point on the storage space. I think I'm gonna find a used 920 and unlock it. Then wait patiently for EOS.

Try to get one already unlocked. Unlocking a native AT&T phone can sometimes be a PITA. Speaking from experience as a Lumia 900 user on T-Mobile.
