On Sunday, we told you about a television commercial in India pointing to the coming launch of the device in that country and that followed an impressive release of the phone in China where long lines greeted the device at the Nokia Store in Shanghai; the next area to get the phone will be the Netherlands where carrier KPN expects to have it for customers in the first week of the new year...

250 minutes of SMS and unlimited KPN to KPN calls??
Shouldn't that be 250 minutes of KPN to KPN calls and unlimited SMS??

No it is 250 minutes+sms, and unlimited calls to other KPN operator phones.
They see 1 sms as 1 minute.
And KPN sucks because you lease the phone, and when your contract is finished you have to return the phone to KPN or you can buy it but for the market price of that time your contract ended. So lets say after 2 years when you contract is ended the Lumia is worth maye 150 euro's or something. So you can buy it for 150 euro's
That why KPN sucks, they are thieves! At the end you pay way more. So if you buy the phone off contract with a sim only contract you are way cheaper!

They are still alive because ther are the biggest provider in the Netherlands, Mobile, Internet, Telephony, Digital TV ant other stuff.
But the lease thing they introduced last year, and also they lost a lot of customers.
