Nokia Lumia 800 to get update for mobile Wi-Fi hotspot next week?

According to Plaffo.com, overseas carrier Three says that Nokia will be sending out an update for the Nokia Lumia 800 next week that will allow the Windows Phone flavored device to support Wi-Fi tethering and internet sharing...

Android users complain all the time about how there phones lack updates, laggy, buggy, and that the manufacturers don't care, So why do andriod users feel the need to comment when window or ios phones gets updated. Green eye monster?
