i jst dont understand 1 thing, what is the use of SD 800 or such dual Krait Processors
if the speed of Using interface(opening and closing app) is still same as 920 or 1020
i really dont see any difference in speed between 1020 and 1520

not only Snapdragon 800 but also 2Gb is more than needed for Windows Phone 8 OS. We can relate them to marketing purpose. For sure the 1520 will have the high-end price, along with Z1, Note3, HTC one Max, LG G2, etc.. Except One Max, all the others have Snapdragon 800 and 2Gb of Ram. If you are the customer, you may will pay the same amount of money for the same hardware, just different OS.

That's one of the reason why 920, 925, 928, 1020 with their 720p display, 1 Gb of ram, S4 Plus SOC cannot reach consumer's pocket.

92x series is less than the price of other competitor. price wasnt responsible for lackluster sales. even thought launchprice was equal, deals and sales happened near instantly. now the 1020 is a different story

its not about speed in terms of opening an app. wp8 has a set animation that takes a set time when it comes to opening apps. the speed difference will come in several areas, one such will be the time it takes for an app to move past the splash screen, also how fast the camera activates and takes pictures, how well games run (this is also dependent on the new and improved(to wp8) adreno 330). the added power and ram will make for a noticeably improved experience. but here's the thing, you wont see this on the 1320 because the s800 and 2gb ram is on only on the 1520 and 2520. not the 1320

720p is low for 6 inches you said?
this $339 phone with HD & 245 ppi IPS display has low ppi you said?
What about the overpriced galaxy mega 6.3 ($400) which has 960x540 pixels and 190 ppi of TFT display?
