A new T-Mobile roadmap has been discovered and on it is a new Nokia 4G Windows Phone 8 device called the Nokia Flame;last September, the same name was used to describe an upcoming Windows Phone model that was far from top-shelf; the previous specs included such underwhelming features as 512MB of RAM and a dual-core 1GHz processor...

man... I was hopping it would be the rumored Nokia Catwalk with the aluminum unibody and true pureview camera(one on the 920 doesn't count)

that(and maybe a nokia n9) would be the only Nokia Phones I would consider buying

so because the 808 has a higher megapixel count and bigger sensor, it is a "true" pureview? they're both pureviews mate

For me, the Pureview that I want is the one that does downsampling. Saves you a lot of time editing pics.

PureView is whatever Nokia says it is. There's only been two models with that moniker, so there's not much to the definition. It boils down to the best camera tech Nokia can cram in a phone, not oversampling or low-light functionality or OIS independently, but the culmination of their years of R&D and production-ready tech.

Otherwise, yes. T-Mo really could use a flagship WP. The scraps are unsatisfactory, especially when AT&T gets the flagships. The 810, though nice, is am updated 900, and the 710 was a less-attractive 800 that T-Mo, despite the rest of the world offering updates for it (and the C7 Astound AND the 5230 Nuron, both of which I own) they refuse to do so. They pock the ball up with devices like the G1, G2, and Nexus 4, then drop it with the 710, 810, Blaze, Curve 9###, etc. I love my lower bills, but this ish has to end.

Buy a Nokia from T-mobile and you'll have no updates just like the Lumia 710.
Good luck guys! Good luck!

Quit talking out of your bottom, I got the portico update on my lumia 810 as soon as it was announced available internationally, so Hush if you will

Hahaha I've gotten a few warnings so I'm trying my bestto be polite lol

.............
Isn't that a small update that if they don't roll out you can't use your phone?
Duh!!!!!!!!!!!
How about the big updates? T-mobile??? No NO!

14. Bernoulli posted on 07 Feb 2013, 23:29

Oh t-mobile yes! Once again someone talking out of their ass, look up the updates in mobile devices history and compare them to other carrier's, as you recall Verizon experienced something horrible with the jelly bean of the Galaxy nexus, t-mobile got the Galaxy s3 first in stock and was the first to update it to jelly bean, followed by at&t, Verizon and sprint, and even though the update of the multi Window came late on my note II, at least I had already been using my note II for a whole month before Verizon even had it, so suck it

15. chrischau1308 posted on 08 Feb 2013, 18:09

Still don't get my point
If it's a small update and the customers need it, sure they'll do it.
But big update, no they won't
I'm not comparing any carrier, why you bring that up?
You're the one keep sucking

At least it (like the Astound and Nuron before it) is relatively easily updated directly from the international servers... Don't have to rely on a third-party hack to get an update.

It might be a variant of Lumia 620 for T-Mobile customers! specs are quite the same.

5. MC1123 posted on 06 Feb 2013, 17:48

isnt this already rumored before or after the lumia 920 was launch? and also that nokia glory and nokia blaze
