The Nokia 808 PureView imaging technology just won the European Mobile Photo Achievement Award, and the reasons are pretty self-explanatory, if you saw our grand smartphone camera comparison recently...

This is one of my reasons why I should wait.

What so special and good about this phone! Just the camera....!
Outdated OS
Low specs
No Flash
Bulky and looks are hideous and to many curves on the phone
Arm 2 cpu. When we are in quad-core A9 1.5

Dude, the award is a photography award. So yeah all those negative specs you mentioned don't really matter. The 41MP monster on the back matters.

ur comment is out of context here no one ever posted its specs and OS here its "CAMERA" comparison and the bigger news they wanted to higlight .... it can be in winphone8 sooner then we expect if that happens what u complaining will be surely handled if u ever heard of Winphone8

http://mynokiablogdotcom/2012/08/19/mnb-reader-generated-symbian-or-android/
change "dot" to"."
why you bash symbian... it didnt do anything wrong.. they real problem is nokia and its lack of suport and updrade to symbain!!
and besides the award was for its camera!! not its OS... do you think android with its 4.1 is perfect? it now lacks flash idiot!!!

that's half true, i've been here for quite a while but i used to ignore on comments section back then. Why all the hate?lol?

You know, I think it'd be very informative if PhoneArena showed a drop down list or something of all the people that have put thumbs up and thumbs down for each comment. Okay, it's probably not going to happen, but at least it would probably encourage people be more careful with their thumbs down because we'd know who all the trolls are.
Since the above option would essentially limit freedom of anonymous speech however, maybe a more feasible alternative for PhoneArena would be for the website to automatically flag a user that spams thumbs down; set a limit of how many consecutive thumbs down you can give, how many you can do on a single article, something like that.

this question targeted at me?? if so, no offence but why'd you want to know? anyway I agree with Penny, but it wouldn't happen though. besides I only commented to see how the sore-thumbs would react. it seems to me that they have no logical reason but just plain hate.
Hate after reason, that's understandable, if they have a reason they'd state it and give a logical argument.
Hate without reason......
Well i thought android users were open-minded, turns out they might not be any better than the narrow-minded iPeople. maybe even worse?
25. Nookie4u posted on 21 Aug 2012, 21:59 0 0
you see they're scared to come and argue logically point to point, cos they don't have a point! just plain hate, good thing I don't ever care about the thumbs =D
