Nokia 6760 Slide to show off its texting capabilities in Europe soon

Nokia have announced its latest texting-centric handset for the European market, Nokia 6760 slide. This would actually be the European version of Nokia Surge that became available in the U.S. last week. 6760 slide combines an interesting design with mid-end functionality that should allow users of social networks and IMs to keep in touch with their online buddies no matter where they are. Aside from the side-sliding QWERTY keyboard, the handset offers a 2.4-inch screen, 3.2-megapixel camera, support for up to 8 GB of storage space via a microSDHC card (built-in memory is 120 MB) and an A-GPS receiver.

Nokia 6760 slide is to come out in the third quarter of the year at a price of EUR 199 before subsidies and taxes.
