The Nokia 6288 is a high-end phone in slider form-factor with 3G functionality. It a successor to the 6280 slider and has similar specs and features - a 262k color 240x320 pixels display, a 2-megapixel camera with dedicated shoot and zoom buttons, an additional VGA cam on the front for video calling, Bluetooth connectivity support, and also a 512MB memory card. The handset weighs 115 g and is available in two colors - black and white, with stylish glossy surface.
The Nokia 6288 is expected to start shipping in the third quarter of 2006 with an estimated retail price of about $410.
