It's a good secondary phone. Good for communication purposes (except skype, for it is not working due to low ram), but don't expect much of it for games.

The Tango update simply lowers the specs requirement of Windows Phone 7.5 without any compromises on performance for budget devices (which is quite controversial, seeing as many apps aren't available for Tango devices because of the low specs).

Samsung has 28% of the market compared to apple's 21%. Samsung's leading smartphones in sales in are Androids (and I doubt 7% of their sales in Finland are bada or Windows phones). Ergo, Android, and just from a single manufacturer, outsells ios. RTFA and do the math next time

yes apple contain 21% in whole phones, but when it come to smartphone, it almost 40%
samsung's 28% contain non-smartphone device. thats y it pull down android share...

i personally also have tried the 610 at a nokia store here in my country but i wont agree with you...

its smooth as the other lumia devices... i comapred it to the lumia 800 and open same apps at the same time on both devices... and it appeared that the lumia 610 is just 1 sec behind in opening or loading apps... so its not a worse experience as youve mentioned in your comment...

the only drawbacks is the low RAM and processor...

I'm surprised you found lumia 610 has smooth experience. But I'm swear i tried 710, 800 and 610. LUmia 610 caught my eyes because its look. But when I tried, omg it lags often. Btw i tried at nokia store in Kuala Lumpur. Different batch maybe?

WP and ios are very similar, both restricted and limited. The only real difference is the apps. That's why ios users will say that WP is better.

i have to dissagree, thats not the only reason, other reasons are that Windows Phone works smootly and don't lagg, the UI is totally different from other os'es , and we have live tiles, no other OS has that like Windows Phone does.
And the fact that it don't need multiple cores

Android may not be as smooth as ios and WP, but it is far from being laggy on decent hardwares. I never experienced any lag on my GSII. Even when it was running Gingerbread. Also Android is a "complete" os compared to ios and WP.
