Nightly Cyanogen builds come to Yu Yuphoria; phone will have its third flash sale in India tomorrow

The budget priced Yu Yuphoria has had two successful flash sales in India, with a third one scheduled for tomorrow. Powered by the Lollipop based Cyanogen 12, the Yuphoria is now receiving nightly builds from the Cyanogen camp that fix bugs and add new features to the phone. Yu parent Micromax has an exclusive deal in India with Cyanogen.

The Yu Yuphoria features a 5-inch IPS display protected by Gorilla Glass 3, and carries a 720 x 1280 resolution. A 64-bit Snapdragon 410 SoC is under the hood containing a quad-core 1.2GHz CPU and the Adreno 306 GPU. 2GB of RAM is inside along with 16GB of native storage. The rear-facing 8MP camera comes with an aperture of f/2.0 while the 5MP front-facing snapper has a wide angle lens. The 2230mAh battery charges from 0% to 60% in just 45 minutes. The Yuphoria offers support for dual SIM cards and supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. The device is available in Buffed Steel and Champagne Gold.
