Nexus S random reboot fix expected in 1-2 weeks
Random reboots have plagued the Nexus S for quite a while after its launch, but now light is seen at the end of the tunnel as an OTA fix is expected within one to two weeks. A Google employee at the company's Mobile Help forum said:
“The initial results of our tests look very promising. At this rate we will most likely be rolling out an OTA to resolve this issue within one to two weeks. We really appreciate your patience as we do our final verifications on this fix before sending it out.”
Users reported their Nexus S handsets would restart without any apparent reason during longer calls. Unforced reboots were reported during shorter calls as well and even when doing other tasks, but the latter were not that consistent. And while the issue was reported almost immediately after the handset's launch, it took a couple of months and a closed forum thread for Google to start working on a solution. The latest 2.3.2 Android update didn't fix the issue.

I have the same problems but with my Motorola Milestone, It reboots after I make a call I install the SBF files from Telus Canada and that's the one that keeps my system more stable because the original Brazilian one, reboots randomly I have try to install the Cynogean mod and the G.O.T mod and both reboot more often.I hope Motorola fix this because I seen in several forums that's a normal thing on the Milestone,I stiil hope to get the froyo treatment .
