New shots of the HTC Droid Incredible 4G surface showing off Verizon and LTE brandings

First and foremost, the first set of new images show off the handset in the wild, where we get a clear look at the handset’s Verizon and 4G LTE brandings. In terms of design, it also looks similar to the HTC Rezound as well – mainly because of the layout of its buttons...

It's impressive to me of course, for the display. I don't have to purchase a tablet. Secondly, I like the Stylus it includes because I like using those back in the day. The core processor is fast, the memory is good, and clarity of the screen is great to watch netflix or something like that.
The only problem is that it's on the AT&T network. That's the only problem. It's like I said in several posts before on other topics, had it been on VZW, it would rule the world. There would not be another phone in it's class or size, or anything that can match it for at least a year or more. When it gets the ICS update, it'll be even more powerful.

it's a nice phone but it's not really table turning good. if it were powered by Exynos i might would feel ya but it has a Cradragon bro. xD

there's a chance. Verizon probably just passed up the SII because of the Nexus. i don't see why Verizon wouldn't want to carry the sequel to what most believe to be the best Android handset ever and i don't see why Samsung wouldn't want to make a variant for the Largest US Carrier. o:

Do you think the SIII is going to come to Verizon?

Yea, it's logical. It's just that I've seen Verizon do stupid stuff before when it comes to handset collection. They didn't pick up the iphone in the beginnning and it made them hand over many customers to AT&T and it seemed like they didn't care till about 3-4 years after the debut of the first iphone. They don't pay attention to high customer demand (from what I've seen from the demand of the SII, Note, and iphone)

I don't see how the Note is not revolutionary. It combined just shear size alone, a phone and tablet. The only phone to date of this size was the Dell Streak, and quite honestly, the marketing strategy was a horror show. Had they played their cards right, it would have been bigger than it was in popularity. But again, the only downfall in my mind is that it is operated by AT&T's network.

it's different but we're only talking about an extra inch in screen real estate.

BUt that makes a difference on your eyes. I mean listen, let me ask you this, would you rather watch a movie for the next 2 hours on a 3.5" iphone or a Galaxy Nexus? I'm sure you'd pick the Nexus. Your paying $299 just like everyone else for that real estate and it ain't cheap. The reality is, you get as much as you can. I just don't see why anyone would pay $299 for a 4.3" screen when you can get more for your buck with the Note.
Lets not get it twisted up, I'm not just saying that the size of the screen is the only thing. I'm saying that it's the processor, when it get ICS, I think it'll be amazing too.

but we're not comparing an iPhone and a Galaxy Nexus. the iPhone IS small, the Nexus isn't. if you asked me would i rather watch a movie on a Nexus or a Note i'd probably want to watch it on a Note provided it wasn't on Netflix because the Nexus has support for Netflix HD where the Note does not but i wouldn't complain about watching it on the Nexus. if it really mattered THAT much i'd just pony up for a Xyboard or something that's more powerful than the Note anyway. having a bigger screen doesn't make a phone better, it makes it different and as far as it's power is concerned it'll still be powered by a Crapdragon, whether it's on Gingerbread or ICS it's the same thing just on a different magnitude. you want to talk about getting more bang for your buck, THAT'S where it matters because your large screen size isn't going to increase your chances of getting more updates down the line.

Oh yeah, and by the way, did you see the announcement that Verizon is coming out with their new phone called the Samsung Gusto 2? I don't see you ranting and raving about VZW's line up of phone now. Bro, lets face it, between the Samsung Brightside, the LG Lucid, and now the Samsung Gusto 2, it proves my point about these "great" phones VZW is coming out with. I mean seriously? Seriously. This is what the #1 company in America has to offer over 150 million plus people? Everyday I see something like this, makes me want to go to AT&T.

so they add a feature phone and you think that thwarts what i've been saying all along? lol okay bro. it seems to me all that you care about is the phone being brand new than it actually being good because there's still plenty of phones on Verizon that have been around since the holidays that beats the pants off of most phones on the market.

Oh yeah, did you also read the article that T-Mobile is rumored to get the Note? Bro, if that happens, that means that every carrier may have the Note except VZW. That shows me how they dirt out their customers if that happens.

no, it would mean that AT&T & T-Mobile aka the two major GSM Carriers in the States would have it and Sprint and Verizon would still be rumored to get it.

HTC has really gotta start thinking outside the box design-wise. I can't tell their phones apart most of the time, they ALL look exactly alike! With all the high-end specs on the Rezound it should have been a no brainier for me to snatch one up when it first came out. But seeing it and holding it alongside my Dinc2... It just didn't feel like I was upgrading at all, it felt like the same phone even though I know it had a bigger, better screen. Sense is very long in the tooth and even though its probably the best overlay on Android, it wasn't enough to make walk away from the Razr. My fear is HTC will never get out of this design rut that their in, and go the way of LG, RIM, or even worse ...Palm!

I also see a Beats logo in the bottom right corner on the back in the 4th pic. Also kinda looks like it could be a One X variant, which it probably will be unless they release a One X variant as the Thunderbolt 2/HD.

It's looks too different from the One X line to be a variant of it design wise. I imagine the TB2 (because Verizon has to remake every single piece of crap they made before) will be their variant of the One X series

I guess all that s**t you heard about the Droid fighter was exactly that: Bulls**t. Oh well, another VZW lie.

I was really excited for this phone...but not now. I don't understand why HTC thinks that offset raised back design is appealing. It's annoying along with the rubber ridges from the Rezound.

Looks like this will indefinitely replace my Droid X but can we please have a AMOLED display? I'll settle for an S-LCD just as long as it has the same display res as the Rezound.

Also, how did HTC go from bringing a flagship phone to Verizon (one of the best smartphones out there for 2010) to actually settling for a mid-level grade phone release.

Still, these are just still rumored leaks and everything can change tomorrow or the next hour.
