COME ON, we are around 3-4 months away from the release of the new iPhone, stop this crap, we don't want to hear what everyone in this world think the new iPhone will have

P.S - i'm neither a fan of apple nor samsung

Well...because that's what everyone wants to hear.
I mean, take a look at PhoneArena's page on any given day. The biggest topics tend to be Apple related. Now, that may be negative comments, but it makes people keep coming back to the site and commenting...which drives up traffic. Although it seems a majority of PA users love Android, they don't talk about it as much as they do Apple or the iPhone.
I'd say if you want more Android news and rumors, ignore the iPhone, whether it's good or bad, and give PA a reasons to include more news on the subject. Otherwise, by commenting or clicking on an Apple story, you're telling them, "You're more likely to get me to keep coming back to this site and posting if you talk about Apple."
Same goes for negative stories on the news...

I have been mining gossip on WP8 for a year now. No harm on a mobile site getting the leaks on the iPhone.....

The next iPhone will come with double rainbows. Suddenly and magically EVERYONE will finally know what that means, including Charlie the unicorn, the Smurfs, and the Rainbow Bright/Care Bears dance crew .

And yet it still is the most popular phone in the world
19. appleDOESNT.com posted on 06 Jun 2012, 10:17 1 4
not, it's the most popular amongst the herd.. and the herd size is dwindling each year as more and more people want choice, not wait around each year to be disappointed in what features they decided to steal from android didn't make the cut

Well you're a hater who named yourself after Apple so you're part of the herd
25. kindlefireowner posted on 06 Jun 2012, 18:28 1 0
Dude. Apple sold 66 million iphones in the past 6 months. The herd is like Octomom.

I am wonder which analyst will break the news that iOS 6 will have true multi-tasking? WWDC is just around the corner, and it is quite likely that iOS 6 will be introduced.

C'mon please put in a 12MP camera at the very least!!
14. theoak posted on 06 Jun 2012, 09:17 3 1
Its a phone. If you want a ga-zillion pixels, get a DSLR or the like. These have MUCH larger sensors and lenses. 8MP is plenty.
26. Berzerk000 posted on 06 Jun 2012, 19:21 0 0
Why do people keep thinking higher megapixels means better pictures? It doesn't. You could have a 20 MP camera, but if it has a bad lens or bad optic software, it's gonna suck.

pretty sure the gs2 could take 720p with a front camera LAST YEAR!
9. InspectorGadget80 posted on 06 Jun 2012, 08:36 2 1
Think Apple is already a bit late. SONY phone you have 720P HD front camera GS III you can get a 2MP front camera.
22. E.N. posted on 06 Jun 2012, 10:41 2 0
Wow so if two phones have HD cameras in the front out the hundreds of phones available, then Apple is a bit late?
23. taco50 (banned) posted on 06 Jun 2012, 11:35 1 1
In fandroid world yes. If Apple is leading in a feature then it's stupid and a gimmick (Siri). If Apple is 2nd they're out of date and junk.
There's literally nothing Apple could do to make them happy.

They could all die and go to hell, that would make me happy :)

Do people acutally use Facetime? I hardly want to actually talk to a person on the phone yet alone look at them while I do it.
15. theoak posted on 06 Jun 2012, 09:25 0 0
If these specs are true, the rear camera does have a lower f-stop than the 4S. This should translate into more light and hence a better picture and better low light pictures too. Potentially faster also.

I'm a Iphone user, true to sentiments of most comments here, iOS dose lack some of the features android now have, the hardware maybe good and beautiful, if the software can't keep up I'm afraid iPhone would slowly loose market.
Apple would be please add more features, we it's the uber geek community who would promote the Phone and we need something new.

Truthfully, even the most ardent anti-Apple posters will admit the iPhone's camera has always been a strength. Screen size and the OS improvements are what I am curious about. That small screen kept me from ever truly considering the iPhone (personal preference, gang, no offense intended to those who love their small device), so a 4" screen would be a huge improvement (pun completely intended). The best description of iOS I have ever heard was as a very well oiled app launcher. Basically, you download what makes it your phone, and it truly doesn't have a ton of character in of itself. I am truly interested to see what iOS 6 will bring to the mobile world.
I am not sure Apple can stand pat forever. Siri saved the 4S. I think they need more this time around to compete at the top of the heap.

If Apple follows its pattern then this year they'll do a big upgrade. iPhone's camera wasn't very good until the 4 actually.
I disagree on the character. iPhone has a lot of character and uniqueness. In a way the personality of its creators comes through. What it lacks is the customization of android. I think android lacks character and uniqueness due to there being so many android phones so often.
28. Berzerk000 posted on 06 Jun 2012, 19:44 0 0
I agree, the iPhone is unique in its own way. And yes, Android phones aren't because of the mass quantities of them. Though manufacturers are getting better, HTC is only releasing the One series, all of the devices they are releasing are based off of those 3 phones. All the manufacturers should be going towards that, only releasing 3-5 devices a year. Because even though the masses of devices are a problem, it's also sort of the goal of Android, to have options that suit your needs. However, it's going a bit too far.

I like what you said about the character and uniqueness but have a different view. I think the iPhone has the same character and uniqueness that exists without external input at all from the user. Android phones lack the standard form of character and uniqueness that the iPhone has because its created to allow the user to formulate its own character and uniqueness. Only in Android could someone run an HTC Thunderbolt on a rooted OS with a windows phone interface.
I think Android phones are more like people as it represents what little things that makes all of us different through everything from what we do to wear. Same in smartphones.

Its a natural evolution for the device. HD camera is needed these days for great facetime especially with 4G LTE added into the mix. Great pictures is always a must and even the thin nature of it is in line with what they usually do. Raise your hand if your surprised by any of this?
