The iphone4S has its buttons on the side in different places, requiring different cases from the iphone4.
Cables and ports are constantly being changed between generations as well.
In summary, you're wrong about keeping accessories' owners happy, but right about trying to make them continue to buy apple products

I used a cable from my 2006 iPod nano on my iPhone 4 when I had it. It is good that the cables ect work with a wide variety of products.

I dnt mind if its a quadcore or dualcore.all i need is a better camera and better video recording.they should work on ios 5.0.1 too cos its buggy and apps crash like crazy on it too....facebook app is a mess, safari sometimes laggs and the keyboard sometimes dont keep up with your fingers. I know some people will blame it on my ipad2 but this is a fact, ios 5.0.1 is buggy period.

Could it be? An iDevice user that admits iOS isn't perfect?
Anyway, back on topic, I'm seriously wondering, how do you guys do work on an iPad? Like real Microsoft Word work and how the file transfers/getting it in your computer's file system go about considering everything has to go thru iTunes...

iOS def has room for improvement....
but i'm able to do my school work on my iPad 2, like type papers and stuff. The "Docs To Go" app helps out alot with that.

My XP based PC without iTunes installed can transfer pictures without issues.
I agree though ... iOS is NOT perfect. But it is hugely supported which adds to the longevity of the products that use it.

I am hoping for a micro USB connection.
I know Europe is pushing for universal chargers for phones and everyone agreed on micro USB.
Hopefully the iPad 3 will have it.

I liked the where the article said no design change. Was someone expecting one? Clearly 2'nds design didn't change, why should this one. People like the design so what there is to change.
