1) offline country maps
2) widget for 2g 3g switching
3) faster reactions
4) better battery optimisation
5) G+ more features like www version has
6) backup the whole settings (xml?) for every app in cloud

Offline navigation on Google Maps, and the only other thing I could ask for in Android is for developers to update their app to support the holo theme, as much as I love Android, I HATE the inconsistencies in the app design, the holo theme is far better than the design Apple is forcing on the apps in their app store, but it is not widely adopted by apps because the most used OS is Gingerbread which can't open apps using Holo theme.

Amusing to see that many of the features being requested have been available on Nokia handsets for years now. What's even more amusing however, is that certain fanboys still believe Nokia is playing catch-up.

Wow. Honestly, I can't actually think of anything to improve on the OS without giving it some serious thought. Google has done a great job! I know there are definitely things they can improve, but it's just not even that easy for me to think of them.

I liked the recent apps view in android 4... There should be same view for active apps,..

How about Google actually gets some balls and tell the carriers ie: Verizon to stop adding in apps that no one wants and that also slow down the testing/updating process. Also could i please have stocks widget and the ability to control how many home screens i want instead of being locked at 5.

This is really small, but Google Music needs partitions that separate Podcast and audio books from music, it's annoying to shuffle all on music and skip to Charles d**kens after Black eyed peas...lol just saying

I would like for developers to catch up to jb first i have a new dna and more than half the apps i had in ics are not in jb What a bummer so key lime pie 5 6 or 7 shouldnt even be considered

I really like the OS as is, but if be really excited to see a lot of these feature implemented. And probably wouldn't realize how much I needed the features until I actually used them haha

I would like for Google Now to be able to integrate with third-party apps, buy movie tickets, restaurant reservation, and be a bit more conversational. Plus I would like to see Google add some of the features in the galaxy s3 or note 2 to vanilla android.

well something i miss when i use a stock Android device is having a Car Mode. i think this is something that should be baked into the OS. i would also like a nice battery bar widget that goes along with the stock clock widget and btw i really don't like the fat font that's used in the hours on the 4.2 clock so drop that and make it the way it was in the premarket version of 4.2. the rest of the improvements i'm sure they'll make i don't even know i want yet. i'm really happy with 4.1 tbh. xD

lanscape mode on the home screen. I hate contantly rotating the screen when in and out of apps.

I would love to see profiles stored on the cloud, that could be edited on a computer or a phone so that moving from device to device, you can sign in and your apps and settings are automatically downloaded. This would make it incredibly simple to switch devices, or upgrade to a new device. You could even set up device specific profiles. don't know if this has been said before but htis is my 2 cents
