New Nokia Lumia 925 ad makes fun of Apple iPhone 5 commercial

0. phoneArena 05 Aug 2013, 13:12 posted on

Remember that television spot for the Apple iPhone that showed users of the device snapping picture after picture with their phone? Recall the tagline from that spot? "Everyday, more photos are taken with the iPhone than with any other camera"; as it turns out, Nokia doesn't disagree. But what it is saying in a new ad is that Nokia builds for quality, not quantity...

Omg youre right, this was definetly spanglish... sorry about that.

Apple block any coments about this on youtube video, so theres no feedback about how happy or angry could be any iphone 5 user

While I generally understand Spanglish since I speak English, Spanish and Italian myself, that was tough to understand. Thanks for the translation lol.

Am I the only one who thought, "Wow, have I been pronouncing 'Nokia' wrong in my head all this time?"

Nokia and their fans have all this backwards. It isn't just about the camera. It is about the camera without having a huge brick in your pocket that runs windows 8.

More pictures are taken with the iPhone than anything else in the world because the camera is good and its tiny to carry with you.

Once you factor in bricks running windows phone 8, it is a non starter before you even consider the camera quality. If you ignore portability like you do with Nokia phones, then you might as well just have a phone and a nice camera.

I wonder if this clear pixel camera that Motorola is pushing with their new line of smart phones will hold up against the Nokia Lumia. It allegedly takes really good low light shots just like the Lumia. How long before we can expect a comparison article?
