Nice selection. Nothing wrong with the thought of any of these. Love the feel and He-Man-ish looks of Moto.

If Chuck Norris was going to use a cell phone, it would be one with Kevlar and a battery that could keep up with him.

So, the Razr M is just a smaller HD? Same specs, just a smaller display and more compact size? That's kind of... Odd. You would expect their "mid-range" device to have less power than their flagship... But I guess that was what they were aiming for. Giving people who like smaller phones the same power as those who like bigger phones. A bit out of the ordinary... Though, HTC did the same thing with their One series, considering the One S was just a smaller version of the One X.

Lower screen resolution and less internal memory as well. Still a good buy for 100 bucks.
