The Lazy Phone series of ads from Motorola might be some of the most original and entertaining smartphone ads to come down the pike since Microsoft's Don't Fight, Switch spots; with TJ Miller portraying your lazy phone, everything seems true to life. Motorola sent us out a preview of the next ad in the series, which is now on YouTube....

I'm sorry, but I just gotta share this because it made me laugh. My Mini was sitting next to me when I was watching this ad, and when the second guy in the car said "Okay Google Now" and gave the command my phone actually picked up on it, since the guy's voice is pretty close to my own!

And yes, the ad itself was also funny.

The ad was funny, but your phone turning on was hilarious.
Now we are going to see "performance artists" (aka "assholes") standing on busy street corners using different voices to shout "Okay, Google Now, search Japanese pillow porn." I'll be keeping SafeSearch checked on mine, just in case.

My co-worker & I were talking about that with the Moto X. Our store demo is programmed to my voice so it hasn't worked with anyone else, but as soon as I say, "Okay, Google Now..." he says look up midget lesbos. LOL.

We were lucky enough to get w store demo preprogrammed to accept anyone's voice for demo purposes. It is hilarious to have my phone and the Moto X next to each other and see how fast they each give results back.
