In the new spot, a take off of those instant coffee ads, AT&T "secretly" replaces the iPhone with Verizon smartphones which look a lot like the DROID and Storm...

First of all, the commercials are annoying, I mean, I'm SO missing out on the fact that I'm typing this from my phone and can't be talking to my wife at the same time (sarcasm). Give me a break. More importantly, the iPhone contract with ATT HAS to be done by the end of February and my guess is that Verizon will charge out the @$$ for it first (2nd 3rd quarter) and Sprint will have their wimax version (with better plans) to follow. ATT is gone by 2012... according to nostradamis (ha-ha)

AT&T is getting lamer everyday. would rather have Droid than having a cool phone that doesn't work. it's all about practicality. AT&T just suck. PERIOD.

silly at&t good commercials come from verizon. In all of att commercials they never once mention how they are better or have better service.Its always the same punch line "the nations fastest 3g" or "the most popular smartphones with the most apps" while they fail to mention the latter is because of the iphone. their 3g is faster but only in certain spots while vzw's is much more consistent all around. Its kinda like the mustang vs camaro war. the mustang is fater but only in certain variants where as the camaro is more all around.

They need to add the print to the bottom of the screen that says "COMPENSATED ACTORS". I don't know many people that have been happy with AT&T, including myself, over the years.

Ladies and gentlemen, who the F cares about these commercials. Vzw's commercials are amusing and At&t's are amusing. Bottom line is as long as these two companies keep dueling and offering services amd lowering prices like the unlimited plans who the F cares. If vzw is ur carrier and they work for u great. If At&t is ur carrier and they work for u great. It's just phones and they are just phone carriers. If you dont like who your with shut up bitching here, pay ur etf and switch
