Netbooks coming from Verizon pretty soon?

This article contains unofficial information.
Phones are pretty cool themselves, but some news on netbooks every now and then would not hurt anyone, especially when it comes to the “nation’s most reliable network” provider, Verizon. A watchful tipster has just let us know about the carrier’s plans to come up with a net-book featuring built-in mobile broadband card sometime in May. According to our information, the device is to be produced by HP and designed to run Windows XP. It´s also expected to feature a 16GB hard drive and 1 GB of RAM and, possibly, a webcam along with it. The net-book should be available in select retails stores first, then everywhere else in a back-to-school time frame on standard one or two-year mobile broadband plans for $39.99 or $59.99 respectively.

Designed to run XP? Does that mean it will or won't run it out of the box?
