Verizon Emp, one survey doesn't invalidate all the rest. Why hasn't your employer resorted to map for that ads with Sprint, because they know it's baseless. They know in these hard economic times people will re-evaluate unnecessary cost and vzw doesn't want to loose subs looking for dependable and cost effective like Sprint

there have been a number of surveys taken by independent companies all basically showing that Verizon has the widest and most reliable service. So basically what your telling me is that just because you disagree with the survey the survey must be wrong. When T-Mobile won the customer service award last year i wasnt sitting there crying saying "oh no theyre wrong" The economy has been in for the past few years and still Verizon still manages to lose the least amount of customers and gain the most from other carriers. every carrier will have spots where they dont get service but their competition does....but verizon works in more places than the competition and its been proven year after year.

JD Power and Associates is nationally looked upon for their surveys. The BBB is also held in high regard. i would like to see exactly what survey organization named sprint the most dependable and WHO they surveys and in what areas of the country. if you can show me that then you will have made you point. because ive yet to see a survey that named sprint as the most dependable. the last major survey that was done named Verizon the most dependable in the Northeast,South, West and Midwest and named Altell as the most dependable in the Southwest. Sprint was nowhere to be mentioned.

The comment about WiMax are unfounded, as of now it's the fastest platform going seeing that LTE isn't publicly available and when it does get here it will be at least 20 markets behind.

Verizon didn't go after AT&T for there fastest 3G claims but feel threatened by a most dependable claim, this is a weak form of payback for them having to pull those ptt ads a few years ago.
