If you've recently installed the DL09 over-the-air update for the Samsung Fascinate and had to get in touch with emergency services, you're probably taken back by the handset's inability to dial 911...

I think we can all agree that Android is fine the way it is, but when people like samsung, motorola and LG mess around with it a bunch of bugs occur!
