NYC & Boston area to get MetroPCS service
Prepaid and no contract services are most likely to see a jump in our unstable economy. MetroPCS, the nation’s leading provider of unlimited wireless communications, announced that they will be launching in the greater New York City and Boston area. With this expansion, they expect to stimulate the local economy by providing an estimated 2.500 jobs by the end of 2009. It’s quite refreshing to expect new job creations during this economic downturn. These two cities are key due to the large population located around them and will boost their existing 5.4 million subscribers. Specific areas that are expected to be affected include the five boroughs of New York City, Newark, Jersey City, and Paterson, NJ, the Greater Boston Area, Worcester, Mass, Providence, RI and Manchester, NH.
