It look like PS1 quality game. Since Windows Phone has directx 9.0c I wish Epic games would optimize the Unreal engine for it. So that games like Infinity Blade quality could be played.

yes but even with the unreal engine you need a good gpu, and this is the area in which windows phones are lacking sadly.
