Mysterious Intel CZ120 smartphone clears the FCC

We stumbled upon a new smartphone this morning as we were browsing through the FCC's database. A new Intel-branded smartphone, to be more specific – a handset that surely has an Atom processor beating under its hood. It is labeled as the Intel CZ120 and it is pretty much surrounded by mystery at this time, given the lack of technical details about it. However, there are a few things about the Intel CZ120 that the FCC filing reveals...

perhaps Intel will make a smartphone and tablet. this is a good way to demonstrate their Mobile Chips capabilities. to the world and gain some sales to OEM's?

Come on PA... take a chance and live on the edge. Even if the CZ120 is only a reference device and not intended for consumers, what could they be referencing here? Tizen maybe? Intel does happen to be a backer of Tizen develoipment...
Perfect chance to speculate on something other than upcoming iDevice concept renders and obscure Chinese brands/OEM's and you missed it. I'm a little disappointed.
