While another site says Verizon will not sell the Q9 to the public, our source has new information...

Hhhhmm.... I doubt VZW retail stores would miss this phone.

I think we could use a device like this one.......I was the one who spoke to the rep from moto that told me to keep looking towards Q2 for new "Toys" (as he put it) from moto

Haha, that's about all moto is good for... "toys" Since they aren't exactly good cell phones. I don't know why I'm so insistent on getting Moto's, I mean, I bought both of the Q9's that VZW had, and both of them tanked... And I had the Razr, which surprisingly enough, had 0 problems, but that's probably because I rarely used my cell phone back then.

The Q9c has been going a year w/o problems

Q9c sure beats out the Q9m......but im glad to see that both those units are gone/going out.

The Q9 napoleon phone is the best I've ever owned - I bought it on ebay and the thing is easily the best implementation of winmo you can get. For anybody that needs global roaming with Exchange, then this is by FAR the best option. The rest of VZW's global roaming phones are simply crap.

i also have a Q9n "napolean". it is a great phone for sure, but from what i know, the project is cancelled and they are never being officially released. i am 99% sure that every Q9n you will see out there has "engineering sample" on the battery and fcc sticker inside like mine does. it is without a doubt the best WinMo phone I have ever owned and I have owned a lot of them.
