Motorola works on an ultra-slim A1200 smartphone

Some information about an ultra-slim A1200 smartphone leaked from Motorola people. The new device, which is still under development, weighs only 95 grams that is lighter than a RAZR phone. The main features of the Motorola A1200 are:

• 240×320 pixels QVGA TFT display
• 2.0 megapixels camera
• Bluethooth stereo headset
• 8MB built-in memory
• T-flash memory expansion slot
• POP3, IMAP4, SMTP e-mail protocol
