Motorola reveals the price of its Intel-powered RAZR i
The recently revealed Motorola RAZR i is an intriguing phone because it's the first by a brand-name manufacturer to sport an Intel processor, instead of an ARM-based one. Overall, pretty much everything about the device is known, even the expected price, as UK retailer Clove announced that it will be about £342 (around $555) shortly after the introduction of the phone. However, since many people will be buying the device through a a carrier instead, it was also interesting to learn how much it was going to cost subsidized. Today Motorola has basically completed the puzzle by announcing just that.

Here are the prices that you'll be able to buy the Motorola RAZR i at through UK carriers:

VIRGIN MEDIA: Available in all channels (retail, telesales and online) starting at £23.

T-MOBILE: Free from £31 per month on a 24 month plan.

ORANGE: Free from £31 per month on a 24 month plan.

There you have it, guys! We'd like to remind you that the handset is expected to hit the shelves in October. Anyone buying this Intel-powered marvel? Which will be your operator of choice?

You might be using Euros and not pounds.

Either that, or the currency exchange is crazy today, because it's back at about $555 now.

It looks like some folks are converting GBP, where it would come to $555 USD, and some are converting EUR, which comes to about $445 USD.
