Motorola is making this available on its Boot Services app on the Google Play Store, inside a folder called "aprilfool". What we won't know until Wednesday, is whether the animation will hang around after April Fools' Day.
This shows the advantages that manufacturers like Motorola and HTC have in publishing their system apps in the Google Play Store.
