Don't feel bad for the company... motorola phones suck. I do however feel really bad for the employees. It's gotta be hard stressing over losing their jobs and worst if/when many of them do lose them.

A company is what its employees make it. Americans have been spoiled for so long that they have no work ethic. There is not some big concept named Motorola that you can pass the blame to - the blame lies with the employees.
