Motorola has filed for a patent in a new process to combat pesky smears and smudges that plague all of us smartphone users. Their patent is vague, but reveals that the technology may assist in preventing smears and smudges on screens...

I hope that they'll be successful in making a anti-smudge screen because I don't want to always wipe out my screen every time I use it (since it's always full of fingerprints)
