Its funny that Blackberry gets counted out in this smartphone competition, but i continue to see 1.7 million iPhone 4 sales in 3 days thrown around. If we want to reduce it down to a numbers argument then lets talk about how RIM has been leading for years pretty significantly in market share (US). So it seems that customers in this country prefer Blackberry to any other smartphone, despite how much ppl bash them but if this is a numbers game...then the crown goes to RIM.

Also not every iphone 4 is having this issue with the reception, name any phone on verizon, and i will find 5 problems with any of them, but ofcorse the HOTTEST ITEM allways gets FLAMMED BUT PEOPLE WHO DONT OWN ONE. I had pretty much every phone verizon so i know what iam talking about. as for you corporateJP you sound like a BLACKBERRY OWNER, why dont you go RUBB on that BALL OF YOURS.

But seriously anthony, is the real reason you became so pro-iPhone 4 is that you billed the HTC Incredible to your account and couldn't afford to pay for it so you jumped ship and now hate Verizon? You don't strike me as your usual metrosexual iPhone user with their Steve Maddens downloadin Seinfeld soundbite apps over Wi-Fi. And btw...if you've had every Verizon phone that would mean that you didn't keep your phone for the normal 20 month period which also means that you are one of those habitual customers that seem to have an issue with every phone they get. So if you've had pretty much every phone and you can name at least 5 problems with each then i'm goin to go out on a limb and say the problem is most likely you. You're the common denominator between all of these phones. Maybe you just don't know how to take care of your shit like an adult... From the original LG enV to the Voyager to the Dare to the Storm and now the DROID, no issues (that i didn't create myself). How do you have 5 problems with every phone?

So your saying because Jobs is a CEO and basically doesnt know about his own devices coming out and doesnt play with them himself and really doesnt do a god damn thing that we are supposed to be confident in there products? I am not so pro iphone as you say, i only had it for 3 days and i had my incredible for 2 months and loved the phone, i am just saying no phone is perfect and incredible had its issues. Iphone so for has only one which iam not even having the reception bars going down, and i am not saying AT&T is better then verizon because there not, iam simply just saying iphone 4 is an awesome device and i dont give a shit about steve jobs, just saying apple made a good product. Also its not that iam not happy with any phone, thats not the reason i was switching, its because i always wanted the LATEST device, which i had a hook up with a MANAGER that could hook it up with a new contract price at anytime, speaking of which i paid 250 for the incredible and sold it for 450 easily. Iam very picky i will admit to that, and so far i dont see AT&T as being a problem for me.

Ok Anthony I'll take you up on your challenge. Since the droid X isnt out, well start easy and lets hear it for the Incredible what are the 5 things "wrong" with it. Cause Ill be honest I dont really care for the Iphone or the OS but I dont know of 5 things techincally wrong with it. So I am really curious to see what is wrong with the Incredible. Some how I can see your list starting like this "1. Its shit is not Tight enough"

It's just advertising Competitors within a same industry are always taking jabs at each other Look at the cola wars and the burger wars and the car wars etc, etc. It's been going on forever It's nothing new and nothing special. If advertising has to exist though, the cleverer the better! Brand loyalty always reigns supreme and always trumps any advertising anyone can come up with. It's what every company spends millions and millions on.......getting that customer to keep coming back for more and more. Love em or hate em, that's where Apple needs to be given their just props. They have managed to build up an extremely loyal consumer base that the rest of the industry can only dream of. Maybe one day the Droid line of products or another line can build up the same type of brand loyalty, but right now it's not the case. It's not about specs and operating systems and pissing wars. It's all about fairytales and fables and companies selling the dream that their product is so much better than the rest. It doesn't matter if it really is or not. Remeber what Gordon Gekko said....."The illusion has become real and the more real it becomes, the more desperately they want it"

verizon going to change to 4g and make you pay more if they do that im going to mobi pcs where you can take any verizon phone too i think this phone is to big and the iphone still sucks lol

you realize if you unlock your phone with another carrier it takes away half of the featres because you dont have the company's digital netowork... but go for it. you'll have an ANDROID that cant web browse, download apps, stream video, or send pix. might as well buy an iphone. zing.
