Motorola W220 receives FCC approval

The FCC has just approved the Motorola W220, which is a cheap variant of the KRZR. It is a clamshell with dual-band GSM support and has an American (850/1900MHz) and European (900/1800MHz) versions. The handset features a 65k color 128x128 STN internal display and external service indicator lights. The phone has a FM Radio, speakerphone and JAVA Midp 2.0 support.
