A couple of photos reveal a new QWERTY slider by Motorola, destined to Alltel’s line. The small phone greatly resembles the Blitz, offered by Verizon Wireless…

Yeah, if I had to take one it would be the Moto, I played with the Blitz at BestBuy, it looks/feels like a childs toy.

Both phones look fat and ugly. Would rathet get the Propel from AT&T. At least it looks like a phone that an adult would use.

I actually sold a VZW Blitz to a guy who really liked it!! I could not believe it, the phone looks like something Fisher Price or Playskool designed!!

It EXACTLY resembles the Blitz!!!!!! Shame on you, Alltel and Motorola!!!!!! Although, with Alltel and Verizon merging together, this could have happened with approval from PCD and Verizon!!!!!! But I will take the Blitz anyday, thank you very much

I just bought the Blitz for my daughter for Xmas and I like it so much she may not get it! I might have to get another! This phone may not look like all that much on the pic, but in person its really nice. Maybe it's not the sleekest design for an adult but who really cares? It's all a matter of personal taste anyway. As far as weight goes, who cares on that also? Heavy or not, no cell is as heavy as a land line phone anyway. Who wants to hold a feather to your head?

Actually, I own the Motorola Hint and I think it is a very nice phone. The design is bold, but it is built very well. There is not plastic on the phone only metal and rubber (the rubber design on the back is nice since it wont scratch easily). There is indeed a 3.5mm headset jack with a pretty nice music player that reads ID3 tags correctly. My favorite feature that this phone has is the integrated e-mail client that supports IMAP4 and POP3. IT ONLY COSTS MINUTES NO EXTRA SIGN UP FEE (free on the weekends!). In addition, I personally prefer Alltel anyday, maybe it is because of their coverage or my circle. Who knows, but anywho this phone is definitely worth a look.
