Boy, that Motorola Kore doohickey sure got everyone's imagination going out of control. Well, as much as we were hoping for it to be a successor to the Motorola XOOM powered by...

hahaha finaly.... Everyone is agreeing that Apple can sue over something!

Well, they always *can* sue. I don't think they should sue in this case. It looks like the player has a watch form factor, which works best as a square, and Apple isn't the only company allowed to make a multi function music player.
I just said they *would* sue, which is what Apple does all the time these days. They'll go absolutely apes**t over this, as apart from the iPhone, music players are one of their biggest sources of revenue.

My comment wasn’t intentionally directed at your comment. Mostly, I was just joking, but I really do believe Apple has every right to protect their intellectual properties. It’s up to the courts decisions whether-or-not Apple wins its arguments.

Fair enough; if Motorola really does end up infringing on crap Apple invented, then fine, Apple can sue. But at this point the amount of work Apple puts its legal department through is ridiculous.

I have to agree with that. I appreciate Apple fighting for fairness. But lets face it....
It seems as if Apple has been spending more time and money on legalities rather than innovation. Although, this statement can come back to bit me if the iPone 5 goes beyond expectations.

(staying away from apple talk)
They better put bluetooth in that thing. Looks like its touchscreen along with its barrage of buttons on the side. Hopefully it has a couple more gimiks up its sleeve if it wants to make it in that small market.

"In case if you are interested in seeing what the Kore media player will likely look like, here are a few photos that might just be of the real deal."
Notice how it says "a few photos that might just be of the real deal?" Obviously these are not what the actual product is or may look like. I wouldn't worry too much about who sues who over some pics that aren't real.
Then again Apple sued Samsung using drawing so maybe they'll sue Motorola over the fake pictures in this article? ;)
