Well lets keep in mind that there are many anDROIDphones to choose from at this time with many more to come. Is the Motorola droid the best version? Perhaps for some, for others not quite. Fortunately I have been able to use several over the years since the initial launch of Android OS phones with the G1. I think as an OS, ANDROID is great. The fact that there are numerous companies making Android phones is all the better. This creates competition between cell phone manufacturers and then carriers to get the best. The Iphone is a monopoly. Clear cut, they only compete with themselves and release to us what they want and when they want. http://cellphonewars.blogspot.

That's great but doesn't change a thing to what people will buy based on their interest....in my opinion the "Iphone" it only sell b/c of it name, Adroid sells b/c it's a better phone. the younger youth will get the Iphone b/c it cool the older youth will get the droid b/c they know what matters in a phone.

He didn't say Android is better he suggested that Droid, the Motorola device that happens to run Android software, was better than the iPhone...this is a big pat on the back for Motorola the company he worked for when he invented the cellphone. Watch the clip for yourself 30:00. All the Android users are taking this as an ego stroke, get real he endorsed Motorola's Droid not Android. Yes, I am suggesting Marty Cooper is bias in favor of the company that pays his retirement. Besides he said he uses his Jitterbug majority of the time. No Doubt Droid/Milestone, Cliq, and the Backflip are the best thing Motorola has come up in a long time. The real Android phones are made by HTC, not Motorola. Nexus One is the best Android phone on the market right now and if he always carries the newest phone he'd have one of those.

You're not in school anymore and your hippy teachers can't save you. Opinions are just ideas. Ideas can be challenged and found false with observations and collecting data. Your opinion is wrong about the demographics of the iPhone and Android. Read the article. Average iPhone and Android users are mid-thirties. Android users are predominately male. FYI...RED RIDING and ESPECIALLY. I suppose it was your opinion to jam that extra A in there and omit the Y.

lol dude yea the n1 is faster but the droid/milestone has a keyboard. what if he likes that part about the droid? how can you call one company the carier of a os? ok with the iphone it is but that's them with android you have a lot of company's just picking up the os trying to make something. i think moto did a good job with the droid. oh and "He didn't say Android is better he suggested that Droid bla bla" droid is stock android man so he suggested that android is better.
