Those who signed up to volunteer their Motorola DROID X2 or Motorola DROID 3 and participate in the latest soak test for both devices are in the midst of testing new firmware for the units; as you might imagine, neither phone is soaking up some Ice Cream Sandwich, at least not for the moment...

Not sure who's fault that they're not getting ICS, Verizon or Motorola.

oh is this putting 2.3.5 on these? i hope not because 2.3.4 was tons better. either give them ICS or keep them on 2.3.4.

I had 2 DX's - both were turned into junk by the initial release of GB. Then VZW sent me a DX2 - the pentile screen is so pixelated it looks like garbage. The phone is so unstable it won't even run a day with a reboot or lockup. The GPS is constantly searching the mid-Atlantic. Its no wonder Moto doesn't want to spend the time to update this POS.
